Can anyone advise me on the useage of 3G dongles. I know that there are download limits applied to them. However do you use the same amount of Mbs when you watch streaming video from sources such as the BBC i-player as you do when you download to your computer to watch at a later date? Also, can you easily buy additional units if you use up your allowance?

you can buy credit for 60TL (4mb) and 90TL (10mb) i have found with 60TL i can watch approximately 8 40minite programs, and twice that with 90TL. Radio uses hardly anything...if your credit runs out, just nip to your nearest supplier and buy some more. Hope this helps. DD

Thanks Daisy, but do you know whether watching straight off the iPlayer uses up the same amount of Gbs as downloading to your computer?
