Be Carefull When you buy a re sale from a Turk

We sold our Kavanlar house which after a year was still not completed and made the biggest mistake of our lives by buying from a Turk called Kamile. His motto was if its broke dont fix it. The house when we moved in was filthy running alive with cockroach and the man had no morals he ripped us off for £300 water and over 9K in taxes which we were promised by the solicitors would be paid. Always make sure everything is in writing or you will get ripped off big time like we did

We were sheltered by staying in hotels on holiday it is soo much different when you buy the turks see the English and you can see the £ notes in their eyes. Not all turks are like this we made some good turkish friends

We have now sold and come back to the UK after the turkish dream went very sour dont want to think of all the £1000s we have lost its heartbreaking We come home while we still had some money

My advice would be to rent first
