when my wife and I were over in late April this year we ventured of for a walk. We were staying at my wifes parents place which is very near the Sultan Restaurant and the Starling supermarket on the main Girne road in Catalkoy. If you were to turn left after about approx. 300yds beyond the restaurant heading away from Girne, and walked down to the shoreline past some stunning properties, we came across 15 or so new properties being built. They all looked like they were in the 2nd fix stage of construction ie. windows fitted, front doors, and finished stone floors being fitted. Does anybody know who the developer is or how much the properties are valued at ? Thanks in advance ps ....... weather in sunny Sarfend-on-Sea for the airshow not looking too bad for a change, shame no Red Arrows though. Be Lucky

I think you might be on about the 'sevilla villas' in çatalköy by the malpas hotel.

Moonstone, I know about the Sevilla houses they are very near to my in laws. The ones in question are the other side of the main Girne road very close to the shoreline, you can see the Army barracks in the distance from them.
