It seems many new companies are offering English channels, can anyone recommend which is the best to go for. I dont want any sports channels or digiturk and I dont want SKY.

Get whatever you can and don't watch what you don't want to watch.

We have Digital Supreme - hundreds of channels including soaps, sports, documentaries, movies etc also we have the internet from them included in the same package.

Nilesat is ok but no English Tv only BBC news. Lots of american series on MBC & Fox. Several movie channels MBC2 & Fox movies.

Nilesat is good if you stay up late and you like american programmes. loads of breaks in the programmes which is irritating. Can anyone give me a contact for digital supreme and a costing I wnat internet and would like to watch a few English channels, which I can't get on Nilesat.

What is digital supreme, is it something you download from the internet and then watch either on your PC screen or wire up to the TV screen?

We have both tv and internet from Digital Supreme and are happy, most of the time, the best way to contact Adil and his colleagues is to call at the shop in Alsancak or call them first on 0533 8342304.

If it's Meta the shop, I wouldn't touch him with a barge pole. He's let me down too many times either through laziness or pure incompetence.

Take a look at D-Smart, a one off payment but they have cut out some of their FTA channels this year. I have their Istanbul contact numbers/email addresses. Email me if you want further information.

Meta !!! now there's a tale ! on the whole i am pleased with package and now the lady who was addicted to online poker no longer seems to be there things are a little better ! HOWEVER !! (wait for it) there is someone out there with the same surname as us who come over regularly and pay for tv and internet for a week or 2 and yes you guessed it they always cut us off when they go ome !! its happened so often now its almost a joke between us. at first i wanted to give them their "box" back suitably lubricated as to where i would put it but now i just accept it !! just gave up ha ha regards !!!

Well I did visit META about 3pm but although the shop said open it was closed, maybe she couldnt get on line and went to the Casino?
