We are renting at the present time in lapta as our rental is coming to an end we are looking for a villa or apartment for 2011 in the alsancak or lapta area for 2011 easy access to all amenties.

We have a 3 bed villa with pool in Lapta available 2011. It's on the sea side and a 5 minute walk to a supermarket and 10 minute walk to a couple of restaurants and the beach. It is fully furnished.
