A few weeks ago one of my TC neighbours decided to put the whole apartment block onto the new main water sewage system without any consultation or notice to myself and suddenly had my water meter confiscated by the Council. On confronting the water department today, demanded 1750TL, I presented this UN Charter on hand, to them, http://www.un.org/events/water/TheRighttoWater.pdf , at which point they just asked for 600TL for the engineering work. I pointed out to them that the system was paid for by Brussels, EU money, and wondered why are they are profiteering from OS grants? The reply, "we'll sort something out after you pay 600TL"!?

sorry..what has the new sewage system your nieghbour had you put on..to do with mains water meter?....just had the same done with me



Do you think there is a "tourist price" and a TC price?.....could one of our Tc friends enlighten us on this?
