Satelite FTA box instructions needed

Hye

Our friends have a Tempo 14100 FTA sat box and all the user manual is in Turkish. They have looked on web for English instructions but cannot find any (prob cos it is Turkish product !). Does anyone know how they can "organise" their TV channels into a favourite group so that all the English speaking ones are together ? Att eh moment there is just a random channel list showing on screen that they have to scroll through. Or any idea if there is English instructions anywhere on line ?
