In the old city of Lefkosa you will find the museum of Cyprus conflict 1963-1974.



How to get there .



Go to the old city through the Kyrenia Gate, turn immediately to the left , go straight 2-3 hundred meters and again to the left you will see a military headquarters and the museum.



You will need your identity card to get there.The entrance is free.



The museum is worth visiting.

Is that the museum of barbarism? If not, that is also worth a look. On the main drag into Nicosia then take a right heading towards the Toros Centre but well before, on the left hand side. Free entry but no ID needed.

No Richard, the museum mentioned is literally just through Kyrenia gate into ald city on left and pass the NATA taxi rank. Posh looking military building.
