Can anyone give me an up-date with regard to the parcelisation of the Sea Vistas Site in Catalkoy. Quite a few months ago i was told that this was nearly complete, but as far as i can tell, still nothing has been done about it. I personally have had my permission to buy since July 2009, and without the parcelisation of the land, none of the owners including myself will be able to get there title deed, ie Kocans, which i find very disturbing.

it does take a while usually held up by the archaic systems (hand written documents ) at the land registry offices, whan I say a while I mean zzzzzzzzzzzzz a while good luck you are nearly there
