Dreambox help needed

I have the dreambox with all the Turksat, Digiturk, Hotbird channels but it keeps freezing. I'm not sure why it happens but sometimes it will be fine for an hour and at other times the picture will freeze every 10 minutes. Is there any way to stop this happening?



Also, I think it is a fake dreambox because, although it looks like the Dreambox 500, it says Atlanta on the front instead of Dream multimedia. Could this affect the quality?



Finally, is there anywhere I can get a list of all the English channels available on the dreambox because it's like trying to find a needle in a haystack at the moment!!
