I had an enquiry to NCFP about an estate agent owing, to a landlord, rent money they had collected from a tenant. I was wondering if there was a system here equivalent to UK bailiffs, or a debt collector working on a % of money successfully collected. Seems this could be a new growth industry if there isn't.

Yeah, The Government. How come that they are not Internationally recognised.

sounds like the debt collector would be a very profitable business going by the amount of us that get ripped of by tenants not paying the rent

Tried to form a debt collection/bailiff agency along with rent collection last year, but it was not permitted would have worked exceptionally well, unfortunately the courts would not have been able to handle the volume within a specified time in order to make the venture viable.
