What seems to be wrong with it? obviously its not working as it should if you are looking for a repair man, but what is it doing or not doing?

could be just vibration noise or a rattle coming from the compressor when it stops running....

If the unit is not level, this might cause vibration/rattle noise..

Also please make sure there is sufficient ventilation around the unit...

If you have any complaint about the temperature of the unit, let me know and i'll have it checked.
