these are always wet with condensation from the day they were installed

they are crap windows but a cheap fix price would be appreciated its only small patio door and normal size bedroom window.

We have patio doors that don't have a bottom door bar and they let water in. We also have a very long window that lets in water when it rains - we have sealed the actual frame but it seems to be coming in the window itself! I am sorry to have to back track on my original post re the quality of workmanship, but after the rain we had a few days ago I have been attempting to contact Jeff re water ingress that has appeared within the installed works.



Unfortunately he is now not picking up my calls or returning my messages!



I am probably expecting too much to get any after sales service, or is it Caveat Emptor?
