| John - I have tried to email you - I hope you have got the tickets you wanted; if not I will look in on emails on Sunday to see if you stiill need help.
The reason we want more details is that we do not give a price without holding a seat (there is no charge for doing this). If we dont hold a seat the price can change in a moment so as it would be selling on a lie we do not work that way. Also in this case we did not know where you are travelling to so would have guessed Stansted which could be wrong.
