| Hi all, Just need pointing in the right direction really,and wondered if you have to use an advocate to make out a will in the T.R.N.C.I would aprreciate it if anyone would be able to post a link regarding the taking out of a will,as i am sure that it has been discussed on here before, Grey. |

| If you go on to Marion Stokes web site HBPG you can download a will form that is legal here it costs about 50ytl to register it at the court saving yourself about £150 |

| This has been covered in a number of thread one in the last few weeks. It might depend on how complex your bequests are. There may be different points of law affecting different nationalities too. I would use an Advokat but you need to research one who you will be happy with. Some have been mentioned on previous posts but in most cases you will not find out how good a job has been done till after your sad demise. |
