Lovely new one bedroom apartment on sweetwaterbay, Tatlisu, Kyrenia for rent.... short term or long term - short term £300 per week, long term - please contact me for prices.



the apartment is very comfortable and spacious with a double sofa bed in the sitting room, fitted kitchen with all appliances, tv and dvd player with some dvds, hair dryer, iron etc. the apartment is airconditioned and is on a site with 2 pools and kids pool, sauna, gym, jacuzzi,games room, bar, tennis and basketball courts. the site is 2 minute walk to nearest beach.... the kids pool can be seen from the kitchen so its suitable for families also.



the apartment is a 2 minute drive from the nearest shop, 5 minutes from the nearest restaurant and 25 minutes from kyrenia harbour.

I will be moving to Kyrenia in Mid August and am looking for a long term rental. Do you have photos that you might be able to send me and information on the long term rental price?
