Have been to the tax office this morning to register a rental contract on behalf of an owner and pay the tax, and have been told they now need sight of the owner's passport (I assume photocopy) and kocan or contract of sale (stamped copy).



Has anyone else heard of these new rules?

Yes! Had the same this week. They said a photocopy is fine.

Although they never mentioned they needed kocan/contract!
