My mates villa in Alsancak fits your requirments.Its on Ian Smiths books.All deeds etc are in his name.Kocan etc.And its furnished.He lost his wife last year and does not get much time in TRNC anymore.Its close to Ravine bar and Mambo,s.

Just protect yourself by not buying off plan and adhering to the no kocan, no money guideline. Then you won't run into any difficulties.

I have a very nice 2 bedroomed semi detached house at Bufavento Village site at Catalkoy. Nice small garden with gravel a communial pool. No problem getting the deeds all the others have them but i am still waiting for my PTP. Its a lovely place. I will sell it furnished if required. £65.000.
