Travel Time from Larnaca to Alsancak

Hi All,

Really need some advice please if anyone can help?

I have a 2 year old and am planning on spending some time with my parents in September at their place in Alsancak. I have looked at various flights etc and think that maybe flying to Larnaca then getting a taxi to Alsancak will be the easiest on my little one? Does anyone know how long it takes in a taxi from Larnaca to Alsancak? Also I have got a price of £110 return is that about right? Any info would be much appreciated...

think thats tops travelling time ,closer to 1hour at sensible speed .



price again about right ,some pay less with car hire and you may get it for £100

when he books it he is 100% relaible and has spacious vehicles ,especially if you have "baby luggage" .He also speaks english .

I agree, use Ibo. He is reliable and the price is £100. He lives in Alsancak. I've been using his cars for years.

Hi gem711. If you are not being picked up by your parents at Larnaca airport, you may consider it easier with a little one to hire a car and drive yourself. You can hire it in the UK and also book a baby seat so that it's ready at the airport for you. You have to stop at the green line to take out TRNC car insurance, but otherwise pretty straight forward. Lots of links like this one by typing into box at top of page.
