has anyone else the same problems with Telekom, about 2 months ago they decided to remove from there system, so no bills were raised and the line and ADSL were closed all this without my permission, so off I goes to Telekom and eventually I get through to them that I had not asked to close my account and did not want to close it, any to cut this short I get put on the system and after a few days the phone starts working again, but not the ADSL so I connect my ADSL supplier, who comes out and checks the modem in my house which has nothing wrong they say its no getting the ADSL signal, so I goes back to Telekom and says its not working, via there 163 or 161 system, nothing happens so then I found out where the manager is hiding away in his office just stairs so for the past months I have been going there at least twice a week complaining to him that my service is not working, so after all this time I write a letter saying about the problems and get it translated into Turkish with the let

get it translated into Turkish with the letter leaning more to am pi***ed off with the service etc. and that I was copying the letter to the head of telecommunications in Lefkosa which then seems to work so after another week of visits something is done about it, it ends being that in my local exchange the wire with the ADSL signal coming form lefkosa and my phone number was either broken or missing so the moral of this rambling is hassle the manager upstairs and put in writing in Turkish and don’t give up, my ADSL supplier said they have lost lots of customers due the same problems but it can be done and you can get back online
