Don't bin those 'squeeze trigger' window/bath/kitchen plastic cleaner bottles - rinse them thoroughly, fill them with [drinking quality] water and store in the fridge.



So, when you want to cool off/refresh your 'dial' - or even the, er um, 'private parts', for that matter - hook one outta the fridge and treat yerself to a coupla three squirts!



You'll be EXTRA stoked you tried this little tip!!!

I like the idea but too hot to get out of the pool to go to the fridge. Have instructed the Wildebeest to take up the plan and spray me regularly but she said too busy grooming me hoss !

Keep a couple of face flannels in the fridge / freezer and when too hot apply to forehead or neck, instant relief.

I buy make up wipes or even baby wipes and put them in the fridge. Great for cooling down
