Hi anyone recommend an ideal restuarant North or South In Nicosia/Lefkosha near a border crossing for a luncheon meeting with to meet some friends who are holidaying in the south whilst we are in the North

I have never been but several people have recommended Niazis in Lefkosha as being better than the one in Girne Harbour.

If walking across at Lokmaci, Sabor is in easy walking distance. Excellent pasta etc It is just behind Selimuye Mosque.



A bit further away on Derybou (excuse spelling) about half mile before High Commision, is Califlorian. Fried chicken etc, we think it is superior to Ezic.

Mezze Bar back of the Han excellent food good choice cheaper than the South

is the sabor restaurant in NC or the South... cant trace it on any map is there a website with a decent map?

try "magarina bulli" just behing SARAY HOTEL in Lefkosa,they are ex uk Cypriots.Funtastic food,especialy cypriot style pasta with chicken,hence the name of the place.
