| So would we all! And what about retrospectively, as seems to apply to all their other laws - does that mean that PTP will now be granted, without having to re-apply, on pre '74 Turkish Title property. If not, this 'new policy' isn't worth a 'tin of ........'. |

| AJ you've missed the point its united North & South that there will be no deeds for beneficial owner of the property developers will have the deeds first then the banks will foreclose and auction "simples " |
