can any one out their give me some information on shuttle service from Lefkosa ,( Lefkosia) to Larnaca airpot please.

It is on the GC side and quite a way from the border crossing. We took a taxi from the bus station in town.

The Green bus is the better service in my opinion.

They drop you at Solomis Square near the Holiday Inn just a short walk across through Ledra Street or Ledra Palace.

Do they pick up direct from Larnaca Airport as 1st pick up ?

With regard to the Green buses the answer is yes, they do pick up at Larnaca Airport. The real advantage is how close to the crossing points that you get set down.
