Where is Discovery Bay ? It isn't listed with the new developments as far as I can see. Is it a large site ? Who are the Developers ?

Discovery Bay is left off the coast road, heading towards the sea where the Bahceli signpost is and the plant pot sales site. Itīs a Nessa Construction Site.
