| We had no internet yesterday from about 5pm was told it was the whole Island. It lasted until this morning and then it was ok, was really pissed. Did anyone else have the same problem. |

| Thursday went off at 4:30 am till 15:00 then patchy also patchy on Friday lost 7:30 to 10:30 yesterday |

| I am with Extend and my connection went off with the powercut yesterday afternoon. Came back on at about 11.30pm.

| My Turkcell dongle ıs stıll off thıs mornıng. I unınstalled and reınstalled the programme twıce, used all the systems tools and have probably completely messed up my computer, before takıng ıt to Lemar to be told the problem ıs ın Nıcosıa. My ınternet addıctıon has drıven me to a lıttle ınternet cafe ın town where I am rather confused by the Turkısh keyboard. |

| I called the Turkcell call center this morning and was told that their technicians would look into it. It is now working ... for about half an hour now. |

| Nethouse seem to be back to normal
Don't understand why ISP's don't email their clients when there's a problem?
to save everyone thinking that there's a problem with with their own PC, laptop etc.
Scanned PC for virus's, checking all programs for updates etc :-(
Customer Service!
Do they know what that means?
Got to the stage now, I just shut PC down when there's any problems.

| nethouse is fine, had a few disconnects a few days ago, but not for a long time, now it works fine |

| my turkcell dongle's been fine, try changing the setting from 3g to 2g that should do it the change it back when that gets to busy. |

System was running very slow.
Still able to open emails etc, but too forever :-(
