Tom, see this particular article:

http://www.kibrispostasi.com/index.php/cat/35/news/36897/PageName/KIBRIS_HABERLERI

The article is reporting on the Prime Minister of the TRNC announcing the Joint Venture, and given more details.

Hi Tom, as you can see this is not a rumour but a fact! I would not have posted unless I had the correct information .

Forgive my scepticism, but i wouldn't be surprised if there are a few more twists and turns before this finally gets sorted out.

Fred Msg 5 - I am always careful of any information but it seems on the TRNC Public Information Office board that there is an agreement I wonder how long it will take before it comes into play.

It's in the paper, so it must be true!

It says Atlas have been running KTHY since Monday. They've done alright, then in the last 2 days. Perhaps somebody should tell Pegasus to stop negotiating.

I have been told that CTA have at least one flight due today but it is probably delayed.

They (KTHY) hope to resume more normal service during Thursday and Friday of this week.

CTA / Atlas - no one is currently privy to the agreement but it seems from the TRNC Public Information Office board that there is an agreement. I wonder how it will affect flights, customers and agents as well as how long it will take before it comes into play.
