Help needed with aircon

Hi, I wondered if anyone could help me. My parents are flying over to our apartment tonight at Kavanlar 1 in Alsancak. Problem I have is that I have just been informed that the aircon units in the apartment are working but now throwing old cold air. With the temp starting to rise, I wondered if anyone could recommend someone that may be able to call in and hopefully fix them. Maybe it's a basic service they need as they have not seen much use in the last couple of years. Thanks for any help

i thought the idea of an a/c unit was to have cold air in the summer !!

Andrew, I think that it was probably a typo - as in "Not throwing old cold air"...
