Altayler butcher, Alsancak is back

For those that missed Altayler when it closed down well he is back.



Was originally in small shop next to what is now the Pork Shop. Then moved to large new premises, then across the road to what is now Lifezone.



But now he is back being, as he said himself, "a butcher".



Small shop next door but one to Aydin Eczane (Hatice). Will have a new sign shortly but will not say Altayler. Please look out for the shop and if ex customer call in and say hello or indeed if new customer. I got a great welcome this morning.

Stay on main road towards Lapta and is just past Starling on left. probably 2kms

Aydin Ezcane has a sign right on side of road.

They are just past the Lapta Starling on the opposite side of the road. An excellent butcher and such lovely people. So glad they are back in businness.

So, I did not see that thread, that was 6 weeks ago. Just realised who it was in shop yesterday.

I have now given the name of the shop a bit more publicity

Not a criticism (note the "with respect") - just to point out other comments to you that you obviously had not seen. I am glad you support and value him as much as I do. He has the best meat in this country by far and a damn nice bloke to boot. And the only butcher I know (down this end anyway) that does T-Bone and a Rib of Beef. I have bought quite a bit of rump and rib-eye since my original post and it was all excellent.

I asked him today and he said that he is very very happy with all the support he has received from his old customers and new ones are arriving every day.

Long may he continue!!!!
