Our pool company TECHPOOL are cleaning pools in around 12minutes. Claim they can hoover the pool bottom quickly even tho it disturbs the dirt on the bottom, put zerochlor in and if necessary chlorine etc. Have queried time taken but they insist a pool can be cleaned that quick! However within 2 hours pool shows dirt on bottom again. They used to have a good cleaner Mehmet, who took at least 25-30minutes now he appears to have left or been 'promoted' so we no longer get him.

I think dependant on pool size, you are near the mark with the 25 minutes, I would say that your 12 minutes will not clean the pool. Our lads are first class, and it is normally 25 minutes to 30 mins. Our friend came to see our pool, and she was amazed at the difference. Her company where doing the same as yours, in fact she said most of the 10 mins. he spent there, it was cleaning brush in one hand and mobile phone in the other.' Easy Money.

Depends on the size of the pool how many people, how much debris and leaves and finaly what kind of pump for the hoover.Backwashing can take a couple of mintutes. If was doing it with 2 people 28 x 14 pool 12 minutes is quick but shouldnt be a problem

well a good clean would take 15 to 30 min, if they are doing it in 12 it does not mean that they are very good at this just means they are doing more than 20 pools a day so your just rushing. when you vac it should take all the dirt from the base if in 2 hr the pool gets dirty again it means that they have only lifted the dirt from the base and in this time after they leave it just sinks back. make sure that the filter basket is clean cause the suction may not be so good or it might need a back wash. however if your working wit a company they should be doing this anyway. keep an eye on them cause they are just rushing it nothing else.

Having watched the so called pool cleaners on our estate they can do 9 pools in 90 minutes!!!! My husband does ours and it takes between 20 - 30 minutes, using Zerochlor and it's sparkling afterwards. Have also noticed the pool cleaners like to dose pools right up with chlorine and sweep any leaves and debris under the grating around the pool - nice! We worked it out the time they take versus the amount they charge they make £37.50 an hour!!!!

if its dirty in 2 hours then your getting redepositation , If you watch them when they are hoovering u will know wether its being done too quick as a cloud will apprear above the hoover head when in motion. I would change my cleraner in that case.

| Mr Spider cleaning the pool at the moment, and yes he taught himself too..so never give up and if you have time on your hands it very therapeutic..Each pool is different ask about for help to do with your pool.He had a pool back in England that was nothing like this one so for the novice and new over dealing with pools go for it.. otherwise get someone in.
