3g dongle help please

a friend has left a dongle for me to use while she is away



I seem to dial and connect but cant get any pages up on the browser.



do you think the credit has expired or usedto much upload download i havent got a clue with this.

it shows connected and a good signal and when first tried it worked ok.

any ideas please ta

if the credit had expired you would not have connected............which is it telsim or turkcell?..........have you tried uninstall and re-install?

Mine did this a couple of times and just a shut down and start up of the computer sorted it. You can see how much "time" you have left but someone will need to give you instructions for telsim but for Turckcell you click on the message tab and send DURUM in the message to 1111 and then you get a message back which tells you how much of the monthly alowance you have used.

i have a spare telsim dongle you can try if you like...............have you a laptop or pc............i am in catalkoy
