Can anyone help me please. I have a holiday villa in Ozankoy which I was due to visit next month. Due to an accident I am unable to fly until September. I need to contact the Muktar's office (not sure the correct spelling) to explain about my situation. Does anyone kindly have an email address or phone number, enabling me to contact them?
