| Evening all
A friend of mine today went to view an apartment at Esentepe near to the golf course.
The development is being built by Sevilla.
Are their any owners out there that could advise on either Sevilla or the Golf villas/apartments.
There were quite a lot of builders on site.
So any help would be appreciated.

| Hi I have bought a golf villa, ours is complete now just awaiting electric connection, sorry but dont know what time scale they have been given for the apartments, the finish is excellent on the villas we are very happy . However it is behind schedule as most of the properties in North Cyprus are.
Ask Sevilla how long the apartments are to take, he is out of the army on 10th August and things will progress I am sure.

| Hi I agree there are lots of builders on site at the moment, they are doing the front entrance too which looks quite good, also the building for the electric is nearly complete, they have stoned all the roads now and have dug out most of the pools to start them, also we have had a lot of brick delivered today to start the path and driveway, so yes it is a good sign as there is lots going on there at the moment.

Why not wait till they are completed,being lived in and with Kocan, then, and only then, is the time to get feedback from the owners. Your friend wont lose anything by waiting and with all these builders the wait shouldnt be too long.
Nobody needs to risk buying off plan, wait till they become resales . |
