| Our beach is mainly rocks be interested how much it would cost to get a digger to clear it and put down a load of sand |

| Unless you groyne it the sand will wash out within days. Also, almost all foreshores are state-owned (though ill-maintained) so you'll need permission first. |

| Last year the people who own the Alkan Holiday village at Esentepe, built a jetty and brought in sand to make a beach. First storms of the winter washed all the sand away and now it is rocks again. The butlers wife |

| Ask Hasan at Balchi Beach. Dont know too much of the details but he cleared away loads of rocks and somebody said he bought in some sand. It hasnt washed away if he did. I might be wrong but its worth a try. |

| Gotta build the jetty just right to collect drifiting sand but can have knock-on effects further down the coast. IMO The one at Esentepe is a complete eyesore and should be removed or improved as soon as possible. |
