no kocan as of yet, as only phase 1 & 2 completed,

phase 3 will start at the end of the year,

it's at sea vistas, development behind buffavento development.

Have you aestimated time for the kochans bit wary without. is it a good site .are there site fees.i am in the uk not familiar with the complex.my e-mail for photos is sulliman68@yahoo.co.uk .

well finaly an offer, unfortunately about £10,000 too low, what wrong with people wasting my time thinking they can buy an apt thats still being built by the builder for £57,950+ extra's and offer me £42,000 i'm not that stupid,

come on i know you read the forum bottom price £50,000.

ok time's now running out, i have until september to sell, before losing my inheitance, so i need to sell quickly
