I just wished to post a thank you to Tom having just spent 20 mins on phone giving me advice even though my flight tickets were not purchased through IAH.



It occurred to me during the conversation that others had also sought and received this FREE service and I think that a message of thanks was due.



I will also now look to use IAH in future bookings because good service is hard to find and when its given freely its worth its weight in gold.

tom is soooooooooooooooo so good. i use him and tell my friends to. he has worked miracles for me as i never know when i can go, tom finds a deal and calls me. i was so upset this week when my son and his mates got a great deal south side on mass, ayia napa. i could not do a thing about it. He hated it so had to brig him here for 3 days

Although Tom is based in the UK he does his job for Dutchmen (Ercan <-> Amsterdam) far better than anyone else I know in the business in Holland. What more can or should this happy customer say? Tom, you are an example for everyone in the tourist trade!
