Paid all taxes and builder transfered title last week at land land office. how long will it take for land office to give us the kochan in our name they are saying up to 3 months seems rather a long time to me to do this.

It will probably be longer than 3 months. LRO hand write the Kochans, but keep going in and nicely ask them how things are doing after the 3 months is all you can do.
