Hello David

Check out the Korinia estates website for my house for sale in Baspinar above lapta. I think they have it for sale at about 150,000. I am moving to Turkey so as the house is not sold I will be happy with a long term let. Preferably to someone who appreciates a nice garden and will care for it.

Hello David, I've just been given a months notice on my villa. its a furnished 3 bed, 3 bath, lounge diner and office, fully air conditioned. 4x8 pool. mature private low maintenance garden and roof sun terrace in Alsancak on Merit side. I'm looking for either £300 per month and you look after the pool or £350 and I will arrange maintenance.

If you are interested I can arr\nge a viewing with the current tenant.
