Has any one had any joy on a credit card refund yet??



Has anyone been turning up for atlasjet flights?? What is the que like? Are people still being turning away.



I am ment to be flying on thursday (8th July) night with my family and my 21 month old, i dont want to drag him down to the airport for nothing. Plus after reading other forums im starting to get worried that my credit card co. wont refund me (£1,500)

Not sure what to do. Any advise anyone.

Only the empty seats are offered to any KTHY ticket holders on Stand-by first come first serve basis. Group of five people arrived at 8am at Ercan on Friday for a flight at 2 pm and all five managed to get on the flight to Stanstead. It seems any KTHY ticket holders are left in the lap of the gods as to whether they can get on a flight or not.



You may have to visit the airport several days to get on a flight.

yes my friends got a refund within 24 hours of contacting the atol people from the

tour operator they purchased from they were first given the excuse "tickect provider agent" but she one not to let go after many chats with atol they were infact charter block seats the tour operator purchased in advance

and the law states the tour operator must refund on these or the atol will its the law





its that simple no need to claim from credit card and if they offer you a flight more than 12 hours either way you can still cancel and get your money back



that simple no need to go round the houses no need to stress
