Pegasus Problem - Anyone help with contact details

Hope someone can help.



Booked flights with Pegasus for 3 of us to fly this week and paid for them on my Credit Card on 11th February this year.



I came to find my email conformation last night and I can't find it? Have called the Call Centre (twice), but their English is not great (my Turkish is non extistant). They tell me that they have no booking for me or my family, yet I have the record of the payment on the CC.



Is there anywhere I can contact (email) so that I can type the correct spelling of our names, as I'm not sure they are taking it down correctly on the phone. I tried using the contact form on the website, but I have had no reply. I'm running out of time.



Is there an email address for the Girne office?
