We have taken possession of our new apartment and we are thrilled.

This is the first posting we have done so it is just to let everyone know that the sun is shining and we know it will be shining tomorrow and the day after and all the difficulties will fade away into the background

Cant wait to get the bbq lit this evening

Can you tell us where you are and the builder etc, I'm fed up with all the negativity, lets be positive for once.

thank you all for your gracious words

We are truly blessed to have moved into such a nice community and overall things are good

We are going out for an evening sail to watch the sun going down next week, an awe inspiring sight off the coast if there is no haze, we may even sip a glass of champagne

Lazy days i wish you well , so glad you are satisfied with you're apartment , there are so many people who are on this forum who have purchased in North cyprus and you're encouraging words are reasuring , we have friends who are debating purchasing so could i ask where you're complex is please ?

Hi Pipie,

it is on a small site built by Hampshire developers and there are only seven apartments left to be sold, our outlook is not the greatest but the apartment is great and the grounds when finished will be superb, the developers have employed a management team to oversee the maintenance and they have just started the clean up and planting will start later in the year.
