I know this has been discussed earlier but we are now home and know the details.



We were broken into either Friday evening or Saturday morning last week. Whoever it was knew we were away by the car being not on drive. Also they must have known when our friends were due to visit to feed cats.



We have fereforje right around the property and 5 foot gates that are always locked. They broke in by smashing glass in patio door and reaching through to turn handle.



Items missing - about 250tl, 6/8 DVD's we cannot tell because most were from shop and not catalogued plus a pair of shorts!!! may be the rummaging for other items for bigger brother and van returning later??



The DVD's include a boxed set, not yet watched of Bleak House plus all the other boxes are marked with DVD SHOP Alsancak.



I think most in Karsiyaka will be aware of who I am talking about when we say there is a 90% chance we know the culprits, including the Cypriot villagers.

The police are obviously involved and they have a good idea who it is as well.



So with the hot weather here be extra vigilant, this toe rag will take advantage when he can without fear of retribution. Along with all the other problem I will be out of here if I can, this is no longer a nice country to live in as far as we are concerned because not only this thief but our thieving builder Oskan Besok lives in Karsiyaka and nobody will do anything about him either.

unless you can mak him finish our home then I am afraid there is nothing can be done. He has already robbed us of our lives here and right now if I could sell I would go tomorrow.



As for the break in of home, been to police and made statements. Have to go to Girne CID next week for th report for insurance.



Here is best bit, you need a 32tl stamp to get your report!!!!

Really going to pee you all off now with sob our story.



One of our 4 outdoor cats, Jet, turned up after several days away this morning, his front leg slashed open from top to bottom. Took him to Pertev and he could not stich back together because wound was a few days old. Nothing broken but will have to keep wound clean for several days.



We have to now keep inside a Tass creature who is about 15 months old and the only other time he has stayed in house was when he had family jewels removed!!!!



I must have kicked an awful lot of black cats recently, and what colour is Jet, yes that is where name came from!!!!!!!



By the way, thanks for all your comments does not solve the problems but it is good to know there are still many folk out there who care within the c44 community.
