Hi can anybody tell me the best place to go to get some physiotherapy treatment for my Achilles tendinitis. Walking around all the time in flip-flops with no support has aggravated an old injury.

Phil, Try Cheshire homes as they have a good physio. Chris

Thanks Chris I'll go and see them. Should I take an Anti-inflammatory? I've got it on ice.

For a running injury to the Achilles Tendon its normally rest, then short 5mins of ice not direct onto area, but wrapped in a towel, followed by a warm say hot water bottle applied to area. 2/3 times a day. There is poor blood supply to any tendons, thus healing takes longer. Hope this may help. Terry
