I want to buy the vouchers with the scratch-off bit. I need these so I can use them when I want. I do not want to top-up my Sim card now, electronically at a supermarket.



These vouchers are for Sim cards that I have bought for friends and family, they are not for a contract phone.



I have tried unsuccessfully at Starling and Atakara. I have even tried at Turkcell offices in town who recommend I try at a supermarket!
