| Just had all my CTA tickets changed to Atlas tickets by Transit Travel all free of charge, there are ten of us travelling on different days but they sorted it all out for us, they kept calm from the beginning of this fiasco (although I wasnt) and kept us all fully updated. I was so glad we had booked our flights with them and would not hesitate to book with them again or to recomment them. |

| Hi can you tell me how long you waited for the tickets to be changed. My father due to fly this fri, he's still waiting, my girls and I due to fly Aug 3rd, we've not heard anything from Direct Traveller. |

| Spoke to transit travel on the Wednesday had the tickets changed by the Friday, one ticket was incorrect and they sorted this out and we received that on the Saturday. If you put in Transit Management and search their site will come up. They do charge if you did not book with them but for piece of mind it is worth it Hope you get your tickets sorted out. |

| Thank you - spoke to direct travel today, no info as yet except to say that unlikely I will be able to travel with my three children on the same flight. Wish I hadn't bothered to call! |

| Cannot fault Linda or Ray from Transit Management. They will go out of their way to help and always answer any problems or queries you may have by email or phone. |

| Hi Clayton yes I have got my flights number. The only difference is we have to fly to Stanstead instead of Heathrow but that is no problem. |
