| Any one know how much lawyers charge to apply for PTP not all the other stuff kocan etc just PTP |

| Ours was included in the initial 1000 GBP fee he was paid and it only took 4 years.!

| Sorry, I don't know because our advokat charged an 'all-in' fee, but I can tell you this - it doesn't actually cost ANYTHING for you to apply for PTP yourself, because it's a FREE service provided by the TRNC Government... |

| Yes my advocate also charged an overall fee of £1000.00, my advocate is mentioned at the top of this page, they are excellent.

| I saw on HBPG web site that i need a copy of the site plan and a copy of the kocan.I am not using a lawyer and didnt buy from an estate agent so where would i get these? Does anyone know? |

| If you're doing the deal privately, then surely the Vendor should be able to lend you the necessary documents to photocopy - if he/she won't co-operate, then walk away. |

All the documents you need can be had from builder and I see no reason why you wouldnt get them.Our builder supplied all. I thought everybody asked and got them, as its quite a basic need, especially till you get your PTP and Kocan. |
