Any one know how much lawyers charge to apply for PTP not all the other stuff kocan etc just PTP

Ours was included in the initial 1000 GBP fee he was paid and it only took 4 years.!

Sorry, I don't know because our advokat charged an 'all-in' fee, but I can tell you this - it doesn't actually cost ANYTHING for you to apply for PTP yourself, because it's a FREE service provided by the TRNC Government...

Yes my advocate also charged an overall fee of £1000.00, my advocate is mentioned at the top of this page, they are excellent.

I saw on HBPG web site that i need a copy of the site plan and a copy of the kocan.I am not using a lawyer and didnt buy from an estate agent so where would i get these? Does anyone know?

If you're doing the deal privately, then surely the Vendor should be able to lend you the necessary documents to photocopy - if he/she won't co-operate, then walk away.

All the documents you need can be had from builder and I see no reason why you wouldnt get them.Our builder supplied all. I thought everybody asked and got them, as its quite a basic need, especially till you get your PTP and Kocan.
