Do any of you good people know if applying for P to P the second time because you wish to possibly move to another property takes as long to be approved as the first time?

Actually ours was shorter - they seem to have lost a lost of files for 2005,6,7 so cracking on with 2008/9!!! - got ours 2 weeks ago, contract signed October 2008. ....!!!!!!
