OK After some feedback I will rephrase the question. Is there anyone who can service/regas my aircon unit which is approx 6 mtrs above ground level.(we are on 1st floor in an apartment block) or are we all supposed to be at ground level!

At last a result---phoned a friend of mine--Brian and he gave me the number for Sevket Usta 0533 869 4323. Phoned him about 10am and he has been and gone with the job completed by noon. First class service at a total price of 100tl. I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks guys.
