It is probably caused by the dust out here.

If you can unscrew the parts then carefully either blow or wipe out the dust it should work.

I have done this a few times and its been ok.

Haypem - almost opposite Green Petrol Station, main road between Alsancak and Lapta - do repairs to TVs, DVD players etc etc.

The satalite shop, to wards Hos Bes on the back Lapta road, ...... He mends and can advise..... Doesnt charge the earth either.
