Hi, my friend and I are coming over on the 25th July and fancy going on a boat trip for the day. Can anyone recommend, who to go with, or perhaps more importantly anyone to avoid. Also an average cost would be helpful

Cheers

Try my boat Sabrina 2 or 3. £18 per person for a whole day trip all food included. Or evening cruises too. http://www.sabrinayachting.com

I would agree, The African Queen is by far the best and the buffet lunch is wonderful and great value for money.

Hi Trish - We went on Amanda Suzanne last year - it was really very very good. The lunch was excellent and the crew very friendly and helpful. As a very important point, they did not rip us off on the drinks at all, with 500ml Efes at 4YTL - very fair, and will use them again.

We went on the African Queen the other day and as ever, it was top notch. Great food, friendly service and a lovely atmosphere.

Highly recommended.

Sorry but I didn't rate The African Queen at all, average food, smelly toilet and a "sunset cruise" that consisted of a trip to the commercial harbour where we ate and then back to the old harbour.

Barely lasted 2 hours but I didn't complain 'cos I'd had enough by then anyway..........Never again!!!

Sabrina was far superior in every way........... just my opinion though.

ps beer as I remember was 5tl for a small Efes which is about average on a boat
